Joyce Fong

Joyce Fong is an experienced talent management and development professional with over 10 years of experience across multiple industries. She currently supports talent and performance management, learning and development functions for Mattel APAC.

Fong holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a certified practitioner of Korn Ferry ESCI Accreditation, Hogan Assessment, MBTI, and DiSC.

Eliza Ng

Eliza Ng is currently the Chief People and Culture Officer at Hong Kong Productivity Council. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Training with over 28 years all-round HR experience as Senior HR Executive in US Fortune 500 listed company, investment banking, and Hong Kong listed IT company.

Ng has also served as a member of the Hong Kong Management Association’s (HKMA) People Development Management Committee since 2011; a Board of Examiner of HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development since 2012; Executive Committee of the Chamber’s Women Executives Club of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) since 2014; Manpower Committee of the HKGCC since 2017; Examination Moderator (honorary) for the Certification & Diploma Programmes in HR Management courses of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) since 2018.

In appreciation of her outstanding vision and leadership, she garnered the “The Most Popular Business Leaders of the month” from Asia CEO Community in September 2020 and “Best of the Best HR STAR of the Year 2020” granted by a Hong Kong media company in October 2020.

Leading Learning & Development and Wellness & Engagement at Gammon, Carmen Chan was involved in various change initiatives in the last two years under the pandemic. Through technology and innovation, Chan and her team promote an agile learning culture which makes learning more accessible to everyone.

Chan’s mission is to build positive and growth mindsets towards learning and development, through engaging people via different learning opportunities, connecting everyone with innovation and digitalisation, and adding fun and caring elements to the workplace.

Combining expertise in marketing, employee engagement and HR with strong passion in technology and innovation, she strives to execute change and lead HR from a different perspective. Chan is also passionate about unleashing people’s potential to drive business results, promoting employee wellness and diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Raphael Lok

Raphael Lok has spent the bulk of his career in learning, performance, family education, and lifespan development. Apart from his work as a Training Manager in Canon Hong Kong, Raphael pursues his goal of giving back to the HR profession as a voluntary subject matter expert for a credentialing organisation based in the US. His vision is to demonstrate the integration of people development and staff wellbeing with return on investment to all the organisations he has served.

Charmaine Lee

Charmaine Lee has over 20 years of experience in learning and talent development. Currently she manages The Hong Kong Jockey College which plays a pivotal role in building leadership and diverse capabilities for the Club’s employees. She has formulated a learning and development strategy and implemented a systematic curriculum for leadership development, professional skills development, and accelerated integration for senior leaders and management trainee training.

Prior to joining The Hong Kong Jockey Club, she held leadership roles in learning and development with multi-national corporations in the Asia Pacific region. Throughout her career, she has been actively driving employee development programmes that accelerate learning effectiveness and enhance leadership capabilities. Lee is a member of the IHRM Learning and Development Committee and a member of the Cross-Industry Training Advisory Committee for HRM sector under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework.

Lee holds a master’s degree in Training & Development from the University of Leicester.

Joyce Ho

Joyce Ho is currently the HR Director, C&B & HR Operations of Informa Markets, the world's most prominent B2B trade exhibitions organiser. Before her current role in C&B, Ho was the HRBP & Talent Development lead of Informa Markets in Asia. She started the company's first Asia Learning Academy (ALA) in 2018 and applied a blended learning approach to offer learning programmes to colleagues across 12 locations in Asia. Ho has over 15 years of experience in sizable MNCs and listed corporations, including Hang Seng Bank and McDonald's HK. She has a breath of expertise in leading organisations into transformation, talent acquisitions and employer branding projects.

Vivien Hui

Vivien Hui is a highly regarded facilitator working extensively with a variety of organisations including Fortune 500 companies, local and global enterprises, higher educational institutions, and public bodies. After more than 15 years of successful corporate career in the field of L&D and sales & consulting, Hui founded Essentia, a learning experience consultancy firm and had delivered workshops, coached, and inspired thousands of learners. With a combination of personal and business experience, her approach is authentic and energetic, and she loves to engage with learners and help individuals and teams create energy and recognise their own power.

Through yoga and mindfulness practice, Hui believes that one can cultivate more awareness and compassion within themselves, which also brings clarity and peace. She had completed the-200 hour yoga teacher training and pranayama teacher training.

Hui is an active learner, she is the 1st Master TetraMap® Facilitator in the Greater China Region, a Certified MasterCoach Facilitator, a Certified Facilitator in LEGO® Serious Play® method & material, and a Reiss Motivation Profile® Master. She obtained her EMBA from the University of Hull and her BBA from The University of Hong Kong.

Derek Wu

Derek Wu is the Global Head of Human Resources and a member of the Global Leadership Team of Lee Kum Kee Sauce Group. He leads the overall human resources strategies and drives HR management excellence in support of the Group’s global expansion, as well as strategies in corporate culture, organisational and people development.

In recent years, the Group has garnered the ATD (Association for Talent Development) Best Award and Excellence in Practice Awards, the Best Companies to Work For in Asia in Mainland China, Hong Kong China and Malaysia, and has received numerous awards in HR strategies, Best HR team, talent development, employee engagement, crisis management, corporate culture, and candidate experience, etc.

Wu was named HR Head of the Year by Human Resources magazine and APAC CHRO of the Year by HRO Today magazine. Wu has extensive regional HR experience in FMCG, supply chain, and banking industries. He is a council member and a human resources committee member of Fu Hong Society, and also a member of the people management committee of Hong Kong Management Association.

Yung carries a decade's worth of experience in talent strategy, employee experience & engagement, learning & development, and performance management. She has worked with organisations from all sectors and sizes, including MNCs and tech start-ups across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Prior to LinkedIn, Yung led the employee experience consulting solutions in Mercer Hong Kong, where she worked with c-suite and senior executives from leading organisations to attract, retain, and motivate talents.

Tina Ko

Tina Ko is Senior HR Director of APAC at Mattel leading the people strategy across Asia Pacific to empower a culture of growth, optimism and wellbeing. She oversees organisational development, digital acceleration, cultural transformation and employee experience. In this role, Ko fuels Mattel’s growth in Asia Pacific by fostering a growth mindset culture while building a wellness-centered workplace.

Prior to joining Mattel, Ko was APAC HR Director at Wolverine Worldwide where she provided strategic and operational leadership of Wolverine’s regional HR team in Asia. Before that, she also held senior HR leadership roles at various MNCs including TOMS, Adidas, Wyeth, New Balance and Microsoft which required her to deal with business growth, consolidation, acquisition and regional human resources issues.

Ko is passionate in building a purpose-driven workplace and advocating DE&I. She has been a mentor since 2018 contributing her time to inspire the young generation to reach their full potential. She holds a Bachelor in Psychology degree at the Western New England University and a Master’s degree in Social Psychology at the University of Toledo.
